Lorie was earned the name “Coach”, from 42 years of developing young athletes and coaching them to success from amateur to professional levels. Starting each day you have the chance to be better than you were yesterday. Every aspect of your life evolves around brain function and body health. With a range of various stressors on the brain to body connection there maybe a fall out. Ask yourself how can YOU change. The way people interact with you, your environment, your support all play a role. Athletes, business people, frontline people use a significant amount of brain transmissions daily. To be competitive and bringing your “A” game each day will take a combination of mental training tools. We supply those direct tools to anyone who wishes to reach their goals. Coach Lorie works with you in a “confidential” way online. You can FaceTime or Zoom from anywhere and get the tools mentally and emotionally you need.
As a neuroscientist in sport, Lorie is trained education wise as a Kinesiologist and then drove head first into a Masters of Sports Science/Applied Neuroscience. “I wanted to help athletes, coaches and their families build better brains.” 🧠 If the mind can develop a program and routine for success then consistency becomes the foundation. How the brain takes in information, stores it and uses it. The brain is on Lorie’s workbench each day.
Starting out Lorie thought she would be a P.E. Teacher, and yet one day she discovered from one of her varsity mentors, that the brain itself was the control center of performance. She has pioneered in areas of confidence and mental toughness training with athletes in Canada and the USA, well over 5000 athletes can endorse her work fully.
Lorie has dedicated herself to athletes in a holistic way in which they “ learn to learn”. So helping full teams reach their potential is more like creating a family. If everyone knows what they are good at, and they do their job to their best ability; teams of people can achieve great things.
